A BIT ABOUT ME
My name is Jake Turnbull I am 1to1 football coach, Personal Trainer and gym owner. Before starting my own business I studied in the USA on a football scholarship where I obtained a degree in Exercise Science. Since returning to the UK I have gained my level 3 personal training qualifications along with FA coaching badges.

These sessions are bespoke and tailored specifically to the individual player. the main topics we look to focus on in these sessions are dribbling, ball control, shooting, weak foot, fitness and agility.

Struggling to train with us in person due to time or location? We have you covered. This service we structure a months worth of training based around your goals and objectives. All online programs are done on true coach where you will be able to gain access of your training plan from your mobile phone.
ELITE PERFORMANCE CENTER
Check out our state of the art elite performance centre which has everything you need in order to improve your performance and become the best version of yourself.
On one side we have a indoor 3g pitch ideal for our 1 to 1 football sessions and cardio sessions we offer to our personal training clients.
On the other side we have a fully functional gym ranging from free weights to machines along with a number of squat racks.

From the very first session I have been absolutely blown away with the quality of Jake’s sessions with my son. He is warm, welcoming and motivates to push themselves as hard as they can. His focus is personalised, with each session being planned meticulously. The variety of drills he offers, encouragement and explanations makes complex drills easy to understand and Jake will always explain the relevance to a game situation.
